Pre-order copies from the Culture Club web store of this standard edition included a facsimile set with with pre-printed signatures from all four band members. The set list is from the date at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, on October 3, 2018, as evidenced by the note “Gladys” next to the song “Runaway Train”. That night was the only nigh of the tour that Gladys Knight performed that duet with Culture Club. The date (two days prior) and reference to Phoenix Talking Stick Arena along the bottom was when the set list was written up, not when it was performed.
