Cello: the ‘Marquis de Corberon’ Stradivarius of 1726, on kind loan to Steven Isserlis by the Royal Academy of Music, London; it was formerly owned by the great cellist Zara Nelsova – who recorded Bloch’ s Schelomo with the composer conducting on it.
