Before track/chapter 1 (Family Intro), there is a non listed 1:55 chapter with the film title and main credits, and at the end of track/chapter 21 (Tabula Rasa) Bjrk introduces the musicians, while in the CD this was cut out.

As in the other audio versions released, the left inner panel (Bjrk picture with black background and Cornucopia logo) should be the front image. This was confirmed as a misprint by [l1850506] that will be rectified in future pressings.
