The first five songs are originally from the album “Live At Shepperton ’74” the other songs are from “Fallen Angel”, the last album with John Lawton on vocals.
The recordings on CD2 were made for the fourth Uriah Heep album with singer John Lawton, but Lawton left and the band got a new singer and drummer and recorded ‘Conquest’. Some of these songs were used for that album, but rerecorded. ” These are demo’s. 1-11 from the ‘Five Miles Sessions’.
The picture on the front repressents the band in a later stadium with Peter Goalby.
