The band name is listed as “The Enlgish Beat” on the spine of the release (a misspelling of “The English Beat”). Due to legal issues (and to reduce confusion), The Beat released material in the United States and Canada under the name “The English Beat” as there was already an American band named “The Beat” lead by Paul Collins.
