Gatefold sleeve with liner notes in English only and images of the original recording documentation, both on the interior. The A4 size insert has details about ‘The Original Source’ series on one side and an image of the tape box covering sides C and D on the other. Each LP is housed in a plain black poly-lined inner sleeve.

The “geometric” marks are:

– side B: ‘1’ mirrored;
– side C: ‘5=’ inverted’; and
– side D: ‘2V’ inverted and mirrored.
