The pieces collected on this album are inspired by self-hypnosis activities using the Nova Pro 100 Light & Sound Mind Machine. The album was produced, recorded and mixed by T. Gowdy between November 2018 and August 2019 with the aim of exploring therapy through self-induced states of hypnosis.
