From the ICE magazine – December 1991: “Polygram’s Bill Levenson tells ICE that the newest version of the Emerson, Lake & Powell CD is, indeed, supposed to have the bonus tracks, but that they were inadvertently left off some copies. Those wishing an exchange – only if the CD lists the bonus tracks – should send their entire package (disc and jewel box) to Bill Levenson c/o Polygram Records, 825 8th Ave., NY NY 10019”.
