From the label press release:
“Fuzz guitars, horns and mind-blowing percussion create an explosive mix of
psychedelic electric sound.
The group gave his music a name, afro-mandingo, a Latin afro-jazz tendency
permeated ,mixing modern and older cultures .
After a huge success in Senegal and Gambia, Dieuf-Dieul de This suddenly split up
after 4 years of existence in 1983. Reformed in 2015, the group made its first 2
European tours in 2017. Today the story continues with the release of a first studio
album.”
Dieuf-Dieul means: “Give-Receive”
