Upon further research, the remastered album was released in 2023 as a bonus disc to a special edition of ‘Postcard From Germany’. As of writing, this release, ANTH177, is not on Discogs.
The Kim Mitchell audio commentary tracks on disc 2 are no listed on the sleeve, which indicates there are 11 tracks on the disc.
