Tracks 2-11 & 2-12 recorded on March 25, 1969 at Vara Studo 8, HIlversum. Although these tracks fall under the second heading, both tracks have an asterisk after them on the CD indicating the place and date indicated here.
Quiet Now is correctly credited to Denny Zeitlin on 2-2 but incorrectly credited to Bill Evans on 2-9.
